Honoring the Hendersonville Community When They Need a Helping Hand
Promoting charity and good will throughout the year
The Rocky McElhaney Law Firm believes in the power of giving. We consider it our duty to protect those who cannot always protect themselves, and to do whatever is necessary to bolster our community. We want to help the children of Hendersonville and greater Sumner County have a happy holiday this year, and are proud supporters of the Marine Toys for Tots program.
In celebration of our downtown Hendersonville office’s grand opening, we want to encourage all of you to stop by to meet us, and to donate a toy (or two!) to this wonderful program.
As a thank you for your generous donation of a new, unwrapped toy you will automatically be entered to win some cool prizes of your own! It’s our way of saying that we are happy to be here, and to help give back to our new neighbors.

The mission of the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm
Rocky lives in Hendersonville with his family, and has fought for justice for families in Sumner for years. By opening his new office location here, Rocky knows we will be able to reach more families in need, and to help build even stronger roots in the town he so loves.
Every day we work hard to make futures brighter for people that are facing devastating injuries and the financial burdens that accompany them. Unfortunately many folks- especially in the Sumner County area fall under the radar, and just beyond the reach of help and hope. Poverty and despair knows no gender, creed, or county line. There are people out there, maybe even your own next door neighbors, that need a helping hand now and a little something their family can look forward to this season. That’s why we partnered up with Toys for Tots.
By getting involved and meeting the public, not only can we spread the word to others about our success in fighting real people that have been hurt at work or suffered serious injuries in car wrecks; we can also help to ease the holiday burdens on their families and hopefully make Santa’s job a little less stressful.
We hope that you’ll join us in this effort to make the holiday season a little brighter for kids who deserve it most. Be sure to “Like” and follow us on Facebook to follow the status of our toy drive and watch for the winners of our Toy Drive Giveaway to be announced on December 15th!
